You are also required to honor the contract and pay the remaining balance of the amount provided for in the contract. Any modification or cancellation of stay must be subject of a registered with acknowledgment of receipt. Cancellation requests are subject to the following rules depending on the date of the postmark.

 
  • Cancellation on D + 30 : refund of deposits paid - 50 € cancellation fees
  • Cancellation between 21 and 30 days before arrival: deposits retained
  • Cancellation between 8 and 20 days before arrival: deposit retained and billing of 50% of the stay
  • Cancellation between 0 and 7 days before arrival or no show on arrival day: no refund and stay billed at 100%
